Tehran: A consultative meeting between the Foreign Minister and the ambassadors of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Germany, France, and the United Kingdom was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tehran. Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi met with the ambassadors, who were summoned to Tehran for consultations following the actions of these three countries in utilizing the JCPOA dispute resolution mechanism to attempt the restoration of repealed UN Security Council resolutions.
According to Islamic Republic News Agency, the meeting addressed the latest developments related to the nuclear issue, as well as the bilateral relations with the three European countries amidst their actions perceived as unjustified and illegal by Iran. Discussions also focused on the appropriate measures to safeguard the national interests of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
