Beirut: Arabic media reported that the Zionist regime carried out an airstrike on the southern suburbs of Beirut (Dahiyeh) on Sunday, leaving several people killed or injured. The Zionist regime's military claimed to have targeted Hezbollah command centers in the airstrike.
According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Al-Mayadeen news network announced that a five-story building in the Ghobeiry area was targeted in the strike, injuring several people. The National News Agency (NNA) of Lebanon also reported that according to preliminary information, one person was martyred and four others were injured. However, some other media outlets have put the death toll at three.
The Lebanese Civil Defense Organization announced that three people have been martyred and six others injured so far during the Israeli regime's airstrike on the southern suburbs of Beirut. The bombing comes as Iran and the United States say they are close to signing a memorandum of understanding to end the war on all fronts, including in Lebanon.
