Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Member of the Council of Ministers, and Climate Envoy Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir met Wednesday with Tongan Minister of Meteorology, Energy, Information, Disaster Management, Environment, Climate Change, and Communications Fekitamoeloa 'Utoikamanu. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 53rd Pacific Islands Forum Leaders Meeting held in Nuku'Alofa, the capital of Tongo. During the meeting, they discussed means of enhancing relations between Saudi Arabia and Tongo in various fields, including environment, climate-change mitigation, as well as the international efforts exerted in these regards. Additionally, they discussed the most prominent topics on the leaders' meeting agenda. Tongan Minister of Infrastructure Sevenitini Toumoua and Saudi Ambassador to Australia and Non-resident Ambassador to Tonga Sultan bin Fahad bin Khuzaim attended the meeting.
