No Action Against Iran Will Go Unanswered, Says Senior Official

Tehran: Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs Kazem Gharibabadi has emphatically stated that any act of aggression against Iran will be met with a response, asserting that hostile actions cannot go unpunished.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Kazem Gharibabadi made these remarks early Tuesday morning on his official X (formerly Twitter) account. His statement comes amid ongoing regional tensions and underscores Tehran's increased vigilance. Gharibabadi emphasized the necessity of maintaining a strategy of a crushing response to any military aggression against the nation.

He further suggested that it is imperative for the Supreme National Security Council (SNCS) or the Parliament to ratify an operational resolution. This resolution should mandate a decisive and regret-inducing response from the system in the event of any assassination attempt targeting the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, as well as military or civilian officials.

The senior official concluded by reiterating that no action against Iran should remain unanswered, highlighting the country's commitment to defending its sovereignty and officials.
