Tehran: The deputy for social affairs of the Martyrs Foundation of Iran announced that the number of verified martyrs in the 40-day US-Israel regime war against Iran has reached 3,166, including civilians and military personnel.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, during the 12-day war last year, 1,049 martyrs were verified, Farideh Oladqaba further stated in a press conference on Tuesday, August 18.
