Pezeshkian Hails Diplomatic Breakthrough as ‘Badge of Honor’ Against World Bullies

Tehran: President Masoud Pezeshkian declared on Monday that Iran's recent diplomatic breakthrough serves as a 'badge of honor for the Iranian nation against the world's bullies.' Speaking after a Pakistan-mediated memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States was finalized, Pezeshkian thanked the negotiating team, including Parliament speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, and emphasized that the achievement was the result of 'exemplary cohesion, empathy, and coordination' among Iran's three branches of government and its armed forces.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, the concern and anger of the Zionist regime over this process is clear evidence of the success and victory of the Iranian nation. Pezeshkian expressed that with God's grace, this path will continue with authority. The president stressed that full implementation of the agreements, provided the other side adheres to its commitments, could pave the way for resolving many regional issues and create new conditions on the international stage.

Pezeshkian reassured the nation that the negotiating team to be dispatched for signing the document will not deviate from the frameworks and policies set by Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei. 'All actions will be carried out within the framework of national interests and the red lines drawn by the establishment,' he said. The president hailed the guidance and support of the Leader as decisive in achieving the diplomatic breakthrough. 'Without his directives and support, realizing such an achievement would not have been possible,' Pezeshkian stated.

Pezeshkian also emphasized the importance of expanding relations with Islamic and neighboring countries. 'Islamic nations are our brothers, and we must strive to strengthen mutual relations and cooperation. This approach must become a shared belief and strategy among all government officials.'
