Tehran: President Masoud Pezeshkian returned home following a three-day official visit to Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Pezeshkian traveled to Turkmenistan to attend the International Conference on Peace and Trust and engage with several leaders present at the event. He left the country shortly after the conference, marking the conclusion of his diplomatic mission before returning to the Islamic Republic of Iran.

During his time abroad, the president articulated Iran’s positions at the conference and held bilateral meetings with key international figures, including the presidents of Russia, Turkmenistan, and Iraq, as well as the National Leader of Turkmenistan. He also engaged in discussions with the prime ministers of Pakistan and Myanmar to strengthen diplomatic ties.

Prior to his engagements in Turkmenistan, President Pezeshkian had visited Kazakhstan, further solidifying relations between the two nations.
