Tehran: Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has congratulated the leaders and people of Muslim countries on the anniversary of the birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), emphasizing the great Prophet's message of peace, security, and unity for humanity.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, President Pezeshkian described the Prophet's noble conduct as the highest model of human perfection and a guiding light for humanity as it navigates the challenges of an increasingly complex world. He expressed pride in belonging to the community of a Prophet who brought a message of peace and security to all humanity. Pezeshkian noted that the Prophet's religion is rooted in peace and hailed the Prophet as a mercy to all the worlds.

The president highlighted the importance of strengthening unity and solidarity among Muslims, expressing hope that the occasion would inspire Muslims to draw from the Prophet's life and teachings. He called for Muslims to foster security, justice, and reconciliation in the wider world, particularly within Muslim countries, by adhering to the Prophet's values.

President Pezeshkian also conveyed optimism that the shared faith, determination, and resolve of Muslims worldwide would lead to enhanced unity within the Islamic community and contribute to the growth and advancement of Islam globally.
