Tehran: Commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters Ali Abdollahi has issued a warning to the United States and its allies, cautioning them against repeating strategic mistakes or miscalculations regarding Iran.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, the major general asserted through a message released via Sepah News that Iran's Armed Forces are currently more prepared and formidable than at any point in the past. He emphasized that the military remains vigilant, ready to deliver a swift, decisive, and extensive response to any new acts of aggression or violations against the Iranian nation and its sovereign territory.

The commander noted that US-Israeli adversaries have repeatedly tested the resilience of the Iranian people and the strength of their military. He warned that if another error is committed, the response will be significantly more powerful than the intensity witnessed during the recent conflict. Abdollahi affirmed Iran's commitment to defending its national rights and stated the country's readiness to take concrete action on the battlefield against any aggressor.

The backdrop of these warnings is rooted in the military engagement between the US-Israeli coalition and Iran, which began on February 28, 2026. Following a 40-day war, a ceasefire was declared on April 7, 2026, for two weeks. Efforts to reach a lasting agreement have been ongoing, with Pakistan hosting Iranian and American negotiators, though no formal deal has been reached yet.
