Two Operational Cells of Terrorist Group Dismantled in Southeastern Iran

Tehran: Iran Ministry of Intelligence announced the dismantling of two operational cells of a Takfiri terrorist group in Sistan and Baluchestan province, southeastern Iran, resulting in the arrest of four terrorists and the killing of two others.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, the terrorists were identified upon entering the country and were dismantled by provincial intelligence forces in the city of Khash.

The statement emphasized that these two trained operational cells, serving as mercenaries for the American-Zionist enemy, intended to carry out a plot to destabilize the province and strike at economic infrastructure in the south. However, they were identified and dismantled before carrying out any operation.
