The Popular Mobilization Authority Forces announced the arrival of an investigation team to the scene of the explosion in one of the Mobilization Forces' headquarters in Babylon.The Authority stated in a statement: 'The explosion occurred at the Kalsu military base in Al-Mashrou' area, on the highway, and caused material losses and injuries.
