The General Directorate of Border Guards urges compliance with maritime safety guidelines, monitoring weather conditions, exercising caution during bad weather, ensuring the seaworthiness of a vessel before sailing, and calling 911 in the Makkah and Eastern regions, and 994 in the rest of the Kingdom in case of emergency.
