Ouagadougou: The outgoing president of the Superior Council of Communication (CSC), Idrissa Ouédraogo, expressed the wish on Friday that the institution becomes 'a robust machine of social regulation, useful to leaders, professionals and to the Burkinabè people. The president of the CSC spoke Friday evening during his handover with Jean Modeste Ouédraogo, until then vice-president of the institution.
