Gaza: The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) has issued a statement, appreciating Yemen’s latest missile attack against Israel’s busiest airport, Ben Gurion. The statement comes shortly after Yemeni army spokesperson Brigadier-General Yahya Saree announced that the country’s armed forces had successfully targeted the airport with a hypersonic missile.
According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Hamas described the attack as ‘impactful’ and praised Yemen for its unwavering support of the oppressed people of Gaza, despite the geographic distance. The movement expressed its gratitude towards Yemen’s efforts and highlighted the solidarity between the two regions.
Hamas further called on Arab and Muslim nations, as well as all freedom-seekers around the world, to intensify their actions to halt what they referred to as the ‘genocidal war’ in Gaza. The group emphasized the importance of international support and collective action to address the ongoing crisis.
