Tehran: Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi has accused Israel's security minister of establishing a nightly quota for killings in the Gaza Strip. Gharibabadi emphasized that these allegations should be preserved as evidence for future legal proceedings.
According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Gharibabadi announced on X that the Israeli security minister has set a specific target of 30 to 40 Palestinians to be killed each night in Gaza. He further claimed that the minister also discussed plans to expel Palestinians and expand settlements in the area.
Gharibabadi insisted that these statements reveal admissions that need to be documented for future justice and prosecution of those responsible for such actions. The allegations followed comments reportedly made by Itamar Ben-Gvir, who allegedly stated on Saturday that Israeli forces should "kill 30 or 40" people in Gaza each night.
