The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Permanent Representative to the Arab League, Ambassador Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Mattar, today mourned the passing away of former Arab League Secretary General Dr. Nabil Elaraby yesterday. Ambassador Al-Mattar said in a statement to the Saudi Press Agency that Dr. Elaraby was one of the pillars and shining symbols of diplomacy, praising his efforts to serve the goals and principles of the Arab League and Arab action.
