Egypt's Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Karim Badawi, will take part at the Gastech Strategic Conference 2024 in Houston, US. A statement issued by the Ministry on Monday said the four-day event, which kicks off on Tuesday, will be attended by a galaxy of oil ministers and officials in charge of liquified gas, hydrogen and climate technology firms. Badawi will hold meetings on the sidelines of the conference with his counterparts and CEOs of energy companies. He will also join global Ministers and senior level policymakers to discuss meaningful strategies to address urgent priorities including geopolitics, economic priorities, energy security, and national roadmaps to net zero. The Gastech Strategic Conference is set to accelerate a shared global vision and address the energy industry's biggest challenges on energy security, affordability, accessibility, and sustainability.
