The Central Criminal Court issued a fifteen-year prison sentence against a convict who committed the crime of tribal raids in Maysan Governorate.The media center of the Supreme Judicial Council stated in a statement that 'the convict, along with other defendants, carried out the crime of tribal raids by detonating an explosive device on three houses.'He added, "The ruling against him was issued based on the provisions of Article Four/1 and within the meaning of Article Two/1 and 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 13 of 2005 and inference to the provisions of Article 132 of the Penal Code."Source: National Iraqi News Agency
