Tehran: Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has stressed the importance of relations between Iran and African countries. Araghchi made the remarks in a meeting with Mahmoud Khani-Jooyabadi, Iran's new ambassador to Mali.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Araghchi emphasized efforts to strengthen Iran-Mali relations, particularly in the economic field. During the meeting, Jooyabadi presented a report on his proposed plan and the status of Tehran-Bamako bilateral relations across various fields.
