Nizhny Novgorod: Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah participated in the BRICS Outreach ministerial meeting held today in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, under the theme "BRICS Dialogue with Developing Countries".
