Makkah: The Ekram Association for Food Preservation in Makkah provided much-needed assistance to worshippers during the Qiyam prayers at the Grand Mosque.Association Director Ahmed Al-Matrafi said the initiative aimed to help worshippers focus on their prayers by preventing disruptions. Volunteers distributed around 2,000 water bottles throughout the rows of worshippers within the King Abdullah Expansion, eliminating the need for individuals to leave their place in line to search for water.
