He delivered these remarks during his speech at the First European Union-Gulf Cooperation Council Summit in Brussels on Wednesday, urging member states from both blocs to collaborate to ensure the summit conveys a message of unity and hope. Michel highlighted the European side's willingness to work with the GCC to address global issues, especially within the Middle East, which is beset by serious disruptions and challenges.
