Tehran: Judiciary Chief Gholamhossein Mohseni-Ejei has declared that the Islamic Republic of Iran remains steadfast against coercion and bullying, emphasizing its commitment to dialogue anchored in authority. He assured that Iran stays alert to the conspiracies plotted by its adversaries.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Mohseni-Ejei stated during a meeting with Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, leader of Iraq’s National Wisdom Movement in Tehran, that Iran will not compromise on its fundamental rights, which align with international law. He highlighted Iran’s willingness to listen to opposing views, even from adversaries, as long as these are not coercive or aimed at imposing unwanted objectives.

Mohseni-Ejei also revisited the recent war of aggression against Iran, underlining that while the nation has never initiated conflict, it remains resolute in rejecting imposed systems of domination, such as those from the United States or Israel. He reiterated Iran’s refusal to accept both ‘imposed war’ and ‘imposed peace.’

He claimed that Iran’s adversaries underestimated the country’s resilience during the 12-day conflict. Contrary to their expectations, Iran emerged more robust and respected. He noted that the Israeli regime had not faced such significant military setbacks since its establishment, marking Iran’s victory as a triumph for all Muslims and Islamic nations.

Discussing Iran-Iraq relations, Mohseni-Ejei pointed out the strong bilateral ties between the two neighbors. He remarked that recent regional developments reveal the opposition of enemies to the growing influence of Islam and Muslim nations.

Ammar al-Hakim, on his part, appreciated the solidarity shown by Muslims toward Iran during the 12-day sacred defense. He described Iran-Iraq relations as robust, extending beyond mere neighborly connections and noted the potential for increased trade exchanges, stressing the historical, cultural, and geographical ties shared by the two nations.
