Abidjan, For the second year, the Makkah Route Initiative is helping streamline travel procedures for pilgrims from the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire in the hall dedicated to the initiative at Félix Houphouët-Boigny International Airport in Abidjan.Ivorian pilgrims interviewed praised Saudi Arabia's efforts to serve pilgrims and ensure that they complete their Hajj journey with ease.The Ministry of Interior has been implementing the initiative for six years in cooperation with the ministries of foreign affairs, health, Hajj and Umrah, and media, the General Authority of Civil Aviation, the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, the Saudi Data and AI Authority, and the ?Pilgrim Experience Program, to improve the Hajj journey.Source: Saudi Press Agency
